I am a social entrepreneur, consultant, founder, and CEO of Women Palante, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County, dedicated to supporting and empowering Latina women entrepreneurs.
I am a Standards for Excellence® Licensed Consultant for nonprofit organizations, certified to strengthen governance, accountability, transparency, and operational effectiveness. This certification reinforces my commitment to best practices and ethical leadership in the nonprofit sector.
Originally from Colombia, I live in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. I hold an MBA in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Georgetown University, which further strengthens my expertise in the strategic management and sustainable growth of nonprofit organizations.
My passion for entrepreneurship stems from both my professional and personal experiences and inspired me to create initiatives that help business owners and nonprofits to start, grow, and successfully structure their businesses.

Since July 2023, I have served as a Business Counselor at the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC), where I provide consulting in business development, business planning, financial strategy, and facilitate strategic workshops for Chamber members, contributing to measurable positive outcomes for entrepreneurs in the D.C. region.
I am also a GrowthWheel® Certified Business Advisor and lead a dedicated marketing team, enabling me to support small businesses and nonprofit organizations with growth strategies, process optimization, and strong digital presence.
I also lead my own consulting firm, helping business owners and nonprofits structure, launch and expand their ventures through effective, data-driven strategies that enable informed decisions and tangible results.
