I am a social entrepreneur, consultant, and the founder and executive director of Women Palante, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County, dedicated to supporting and empowering Latina women entrepreneurs.
I am originally from Colombia and currently live in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an MBA in Business Administration, and I hold a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University.
I have more than 17 years of experience in organizational development and strategic management. I am a Licensed Standards for Excellence® Consultant for nonprofit organizations, certified by the Standards for Excellence Institute to strengthen governance, accountability, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
I lead a boutique consulting firm that helps purpose-driven organizations strengthen the way they operate and execute. My signature program is the Brick Method, built around three areas (Leadership & Communication, Operations, and Well-being). It begins with an assessment and tailors the program to what each team truly needs. It is offered as a corporate retreat, an open cohort, or comprehensive team training that includes SOPs and one-on-one leadership coaching.

For those looking for more direct, personalized support, I also offer 1:1 Strategic Business Consulting, including financial projections, business plans, and launch strategy. I serve as a Business Counselor at the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC), where I provide consulting in business development, business planning, and financial strategy, and facilitate strategic workshops for Chamber members. I am also a GrowthWheel® Certified Business Advisor.
